Melatonin works well for me as a sleep aid. I take 3 pills, and I usually fall asleep within about 30 minutes.
It helps me relax and fall asleep faster, especially on nights when my mind is active or I have trouble winding down. The effect feels gentle, not harsh.
It is helpful for occasional use, but I donât rely on it every night.
